Consulate of Italy in Detroit :" New tax incentives for the return of workers in Italy

From next January 28 will be operating new policy that provides tax incentives for the return of workers in Italy. Law No 30 December 2010 238, which governs the subject, was published in the Official Gazette of 13 January.
The aim is to encourage, through tax relief in the form of lower taxation of income, the return in Italy of people who have completed training or professional experience abroad, e si trasferiscano nel nostro Paese per svolgere attività di lavoro dipendente o autonomo ovvero attività d'impresa."
